Uglyhotels is interested in all types of properties, including interior and exterior corridor hotels, open and shuttered properties. Our acquisition requirements are modest:

• Must have a minimum of 150 rooms, either full- or limited–service
• Located in the Continental United States
• Must be well below market in operating results and asking prices because of branding, marketing and/or management issues
